My name is Judy and I help Busy Professional Moms get fit without going on a diet. I've heard from so many women over the years about their struggles to improve their workouts to see actual results.

After working as a personal trainer and NPC competitor I realized I wanted to help more women feel strong and empowered.
While learning from my many mistakes over the last 20 years I've learned to tweak my fitness program to spend the least amount of time in the gym and still get the best results.
For years I’ve been asked what my training looks like. So I’ve put pen to paper and documented my gym routine, set for set, rep for rep and I show you how I do it.

Food cures colds, conquers cancer and builds muscle. Used in the right way, food can be your biggest physique and health advocate.
Going to the gym is only half of the equation. The formula to my success is a 70% healthy diet and 30% gym.
Building muscle is what you need to lose fat and keep it off, but food is your fuel and with the right plan you actually burn fat while you sleep.
